Your Journey Begins

Your Journey Begins

“Welcome to your first step in claiming your future and discovering your own essence of embodied expression!

I have limited spaces to curate individualized journeys, and would be honored to walk alongside you on yours.

My heart just loves these 1:1 sessions of discovery, where we start to get a feel for one another and discover your next most powerful steps forward!”

– Heather

What to Expect as the Journey Begins

You begin your journey with this free 1:1 discovery session. We will have the opportunity to get to know one another a bit and explore what it is that you desire to create in your life. You will have the chance to share what you feel is holding you back, what actions you have taken previously in an effort to achieve your goals, in what ways you desire to invest in yourself, and why you feel working with me is a good fit for you.

You will be held in a safe and deeply connected space which is led by you and your body at all times. You will be called into the truth of your present state, all that is being effected in your life by the current state of your inner union, build a potent vision for your future, and gain clarity on the steps you feel will lead you to your vision.

During this time, you will have the opportunity to receive a taste of my insights and reflections as well as how I may be able to support you toward building your vision.

Finally, we will invite in any resistance or hesitancy you feel toward embarking on this journey as you come to an embodied decision on the path that feels best to you.

Signs You Are Ready to Begin Your Journey

You are ready to begin your journey if you are:

  1. Committed to do whatever it takes to create change in your life,
  2. Ready to dance with the sometimes messy layers that will arise,
  3. Ready to invest in your life and your future.

You may not be ready to embark quite yet, if you are:

  1. Unwilling to open to vulnerably explore your inner world
  2. Not ready to take responsibility for your experience of life
  3. Unwilling to invest in or commit to yourself

This work requires vulnerability, courage, and a deep commitment to yourself.
